5 Reasons to Stay at Azalea Residences Baguio

When I was still a young lass, I remember that every summer vacation my family would take the long aggravating hours of travel to Baguio City to escape from the oven-heat temperature from the low lands. 

Back then we would always stay at a villa at an exclusive subdivision located at the outskirts of the city proper. Possibly, my parents prefers a villa secluded from the city because it’s safer for us kids to roam around and perhaps because it has ample parking spaces. Another factor would be, the available working kitchen for my mom to prepare our meals and the adequate rooms for all of us.

I can still remember that I would walk two blocks from our rented place to play at the playground. Also, there’s a club house uphill the village wherein we usually dine out when we’re running out of food.

Azalea Residences Baguio is an all-suite hotel, a first of its kind in the said city, strategically situated within the borders of famous tourist spots and major establishments while endowed with the quietness of the neighborhood. 

Offering 99 suite rooms that have elegant furniture and fixtures, a private balcony, bathroom with water heater, a spacious living room, a functional kitchen with equipment and comfy bedrooms,Azalea Residences Baguio got everything you need.

Families, whether big or small, will surely have a perfect room suited with their size and needs. A family of 3 can stay at a 1 bedroom suite whereas bigger families have plenty of options. They can stay at a 2 bedroom suite that can house 6 people or in a 3 bedroom suite that can accommodate up to 8 individuals.

Just across the vicinity of Teacher’s Camp and Camp John Hay and just at the street corner of Leonard Wood Street wherein you can find the infamous Laperal Mansion and the charming Baguio Botanical Garden, Azalea Residences Baguio has the perfect location for that sweet Baguio get-away. 

I also like the idea that it is not along the major highway hence I’ve got to sleep without hearing any highway noise outside. 

Truly, you and your family can enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood without putting aside the accessibility of the place to major establishments and tourist spots. 

Amenities 

Azalea Residence Baguio also have 3 floors of underground parking for the fathers to park their vehicles safely, a 24 hour security and reception services for the mothers’ pleasure, a strong WIFI signal for the teenagers to relish and a small playground for the kids to enjoy 

Seriously, you can hardly get all of these in amenities in just a single hotel. 

Accommodations 

The long travel hours in twisty roads up to the City of Pines was so enervating that all I wanted is to jump off the bed and sleep in a comfy bed. So I was overwhelmed upon seeing the big fluffy bed with quilted bedding and soft pillows. 

Definitely, I had that sound sleep during my stay at Azalea. 

Ambiance 

With an impressive facade that combines vernacular and modern architecture, Azalea Residences Baguio will surely give you that classic homey feel while offering up-to-date hospitality services. 

To be honest I am not a fan of a modern interior because it feels so stiff but I like the fact that the hotel was able to balance things out by adding some wooden ornaments in their interior. Say for instance I was enamored with the intricate details of the wooden flower embellishments fixed on the walls of the hotel. I must say that it gives a warm vibe in this cold city.  

Your family won't experience  any home sick blues with this kind of ambiance. 

Appetite 

To complete your family's sweet escape, Azalea Residences will definitely satisfy your appetites with their in-house restaurant's,Tradisyon, food offerings.  They’ve got brunch-buffet that ranges from 450 Php and dinner buffet that ranges from 300-500 Php.

Overall, Azalea Residences Baguio surpassed my expectations. I even had a difficult time thinking of any shortcoming on their part for me not to sound biased. Yet, I can’t enumerate any.
